Being Created and Being Born are not the same. In the above verse Allah is telling us why he created the HUMAN SPECIES AS A WHOLE. Thus, all humans were created to worship Allah. But being Born is an Individual thing. You were born to prove to Allah that you do indeed believe in him! And that will show in the choices you make in life, and how you live your life as an individual.
